Your order can be accepted by letter, fax or email. Details can be discussed by phone beforehand (see "Contact details"). On request I can send pictures of the materials before production by email or also real material samples by post for balancing colours.

Delivery normally takes three weeks after money receipt. Hats, headpieces and fascinators are sent securely in nice, appropriate gift boxes. Production and delivery will only take place after money has been received.

Secured shipping will be taken care of by DHL or Hermes. Inside Germany shipping ist FREE OF CHARGE.
Costs for shipping to countries other than Germany will need to be paid by the receiver.

That’s why no right of refusal exists for the reason of disliking the product!
